He is a really great home inspector, and I can really tell that he’s passionate about what he does. He arrived Early, and even had the entire roof inspected by the time my realtor arrived to the property. He was very thorough, which I really appreciate. Because his inspection was so thorough, we are taking a hard look at whether we want to move forward with the purchase, or continue to look but hey, 🤷🏽♀️ That’s the point of having your potential home inspect it right? I really appreciate how detailed his inspection was, and the attention he gave to every single detail. I don’t know about you, but I want to know what I’m getting into. Now, I have a great idea of that, at this point. I feel like his inspection was worth the value, and I would definitely hire him again.

Hi Dale, I did receive and just finished reviewing through the report. From what I can see, the inspection was done great. Main issues appear to be the furnace, water heater, chimney, ventilation, and making sure there is no gas leaks.

Mr. Kopp was a very professional home inspector. He took his time on the homes we had him inspect for us. He was thorough and very informative. He spent a very long time looking at the houses we purchased and wrote a great reports for us to give to the attorney. We used him on two houses, the first one he found multiple safety issues and we ended up backing out of that house. We called him again for the next house and did another fantastic job. Very affordable and thorough. We highly recommend.

Hi Dale,
First, thanks for an amazing inspection and inspection report. We will definitely recommend you. Second, looks like we will continue to try and buy the house you inspected. Radon levels were around 5 and we will ask for a Radon Remediation system to be installed by the sellers. We are also going to ask them to have the foundation crack fixed by contractor that specializes in that type of work, the crack above the garage fixed. We were just going to ask for a small $$ credit to take care of flashing gaps around top of chimney and the bathroom vent pipes that are venting into attic.
